THE BRIEF
Experts in the software Salesforce/Pardot launched a new masterclass aimed at leveraging extensive Pardot (Salesforce) knowledge within a short timeframe. The event provided essential information for both beginners and advanced users and was held live at the JW Marriott in Austin, TX. This masterclass marked the company's first live event, requiring branding that conveyed trust and professionalism quickly. The website needed to address all questions and concerns, as there was no capacity for live customer service. The registration process, along with flight and hotel bookings, demanded clarity and simplicity.
THE SOLUTION
It was essential for the branding to distinguish itself from the competition while also enhancing the company's scientific identity. I developed the name Pardot Prodigy, crafted the visual identity, and integrated it across all platforms, including web, email, social media, Google ad campaigns, event signage, and promotional materials. The website interface and navigation facilitated a seamless flow from sign-up to event arrival. I created a comprehensive and branded email engagement studio for each step of the process. The event needed an Austin flair with a custom happy hour menu featuring Salesforce/Pardot-themed drinks.
